Sometimes I wonder if it’s worth it to to post about “old” products, products that have been in stores for months or years. Maybe. It still gives me sanity so here it goes…
What girly girl wouldn’t want this beautiful blush in their collection? The Milani Rose Powder Blushes have been around for over a while I and I picked up my first one last, last December. It’s been a while but long enough to write about it. Mine is in the shade Tea Rose, Continue reading
When I was in Germany this summer I picked up two of the P2 Glow Touch Compact Blushes. They had always caught my eye and since P2 tends to change up their product line twice a year I decided to pick up two shades before they were potentially discontinued. Today’s shade is Touch of Peony, probably one of my favorite summer blushes. It may be fall, but I haf to share. Continue reading
How about that “Oops!” moment when you find a draft you never scheduled or posted? Better late than never I suppose. If you missed part I of my Germany haul, here it is, even if just to look at pretty pictures of makeup.
I hope you like blush because as the title implies, there is a lot of blush in part two of my Germany haul. In fact, I have been thinking of doing a blush declutter as I am now nearing 40 blushes. Don’t judge… However, I also picked up a few neat pieces that are not blush that I am also very excited about! Continue reading
Good morning all! In the spirit of spring cleaning and getting out of this funk I am in, I have resolved to post everything I have had in the bag for a while, slowly of course. I have too many products dating back to last summer that I bought, photographed, used, never wrote about and I want to clean out that “To Do” folder and start fresh in a sense. I figure it will also be a good way to rediscover products, starting with the Physician’s Formula Shimmer Strips Custom All-in-1 Nude Palette for Face & Eyes. Continue reading
Once in a while I let myself become excited about a product, a rarity as I usually do loads of research or I pick products that I think will pan out. When Wet n Wild added a new blush to their Color Icon line, I let myself get excited. With a shade name like Rose Champagne and a color to match, how could I not? Sadly, it did not pan out for me. Continue reading
Since returning to the states last summer I have become quite the fan of Physician’s Formula, and their insanely gorgeous packaging. Their argan oil line in particular had me drooling and I picked up these two stunning blushes on sale and months later I am ready to write about them, and see how many synonym for “stunning” I can come up with. Continue reading
Blush palettes are wonderful little things aren’t they? They are compact, provide a range of cheek look options, and give you multiple products for about the price of one or two. Sometimes they even come with a free brush and the proceeds go to a good cause, like this BH Cosmetics Pink Perfection Blush Palette. Continue reading
The last time I counted every blush I own, including individual pans in palettes, I counted upwards of 30. Ignoring that I may have a blush problem, some outfits call for a mauve-pink and others for a flirty pink and sometimes you can’t say no to the packaging when you’re a the store. So, with that many blush options sometimes choosing a shade is the more difficult part of my makeup routine. Thankfully, I have found my go-to. Continue reading
Looks like blush week on Moscato and Mascara as I bring you another blush that I have been testing, a lot. Last month I gave a sweeping review of the BH Cosmetics Floral Blush Duos and since then I bought another one that is more suitable to the current season. This time I have a more detailed review and better swatches. Check it out! Continue reading
Back in late July, early August I found a pair of Maybelline Master Hi-Light Blush with clearance stickers at Target. I’ve never bought much makeup from Maybelline but these had caught my eye months before and with the clearance sticker I naturally picked them up.
